Refund policy

All products are final sale, we do not accept returns.

We encourage you to try our Eau de Parfum first through our Discovery Sets or Sample Sets.

 

If your order is returned due to an insufficient address

We will issue a refund, subtracting shipping costs, and you will be able to place a new order to a new/additional shipping address. Additionally, there will be a $10 restocking fee.

 

Duplicate orders

Please reach out to us immediately, we may be able to cancel your duplicate order before it ships. If your order has been delivered, the duplicate item may be returned by reaching out to us for a return shipping label if the item is unopened, with side seals still intact. A $10 restocking fee and return shipping fees will apply.

 

 If your order is lost or damaged by the shipping carrier

We are not able to issue refunds for these items. We will reship your original order. In order for us to process a replacement item, a photo of the damages is required.
